Account identity checks

Before we discuss legal records, we match your account ID, registered phone, and recent login pattern. If a new device appears, we may ask you to confirm by OTP before we open account-specific details.

Wallet evidence handling

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS references are stored with transaction time, amount, and account link. Our legal team uses those records to check disputes without asking you to resend the same receipt repeatedly.
